Angel Message Of The Day : Express Your Truth
Jeduthun
Sing, speak, write. It matters not how you express your truth. Keep investing more time in these three tools given to you. As these are your best investment to express your truth. Expression of your truth is a process. There is no one-size-fits-all formula that you can follow. Expressing your truth starts with expressing yourself in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Many people are afraid of being judged by others for sharing their thoughts and feelings, but the only thing that should matter when expressing yourself is being true to yourself and those who love you most.
What is your truth? Expressing our truth is an important part of self-confidence and self-esteem. It’s about being authentic with yourself and others. You were born with a unique set of donations and talents that have been with you since birth. These donations come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and forms. Some are obvious, while others are hidden. What do others need to know more about you? Truth is not always easy. You don’t have to tell it all, but you do have to tell some of it. If you are hiding your truth, then you are hiding part of yourself from the world and yourself. You will never know how others feel about you until they know who you are inside.
Are you willing to go within, sitting in the silence, hushing the small voice which chatters in your head all day? You might be surprised by what you hear. The truth about yourself may not always be pleasant but it will be true. And if you are willing to accept that truth then you can start working on improving yourself from within instead of relying on external factors. There is no need to feel bad about yourself just because you have failed at something or made mistakes in life. It happens! This does not mean that everything is over for you. You still have time and opportunities to invest in yourself so that next time things go right instead of wrong.
Are you willing to draw back the veil between your inner essence and that which you show others? you will have a better understanding of how you can help yourself and others. If not, then you will continue living your life in a way that is not real, but only an image of who you think you are. It is time to show your true self, your real feelings, and your deepest thoughts. It’s time to express yourself and let go of the false self-image you have been hiding behind for so long. The world needs you, now more than ever of who you are as a brand in this world.
Are you willing to choose in whom you confide your innermost yearnings? If so, you are fortunate. If not, you may find it difficult to express your truth. In fact, you may not tell others how you feel because you’re afraid of their response. You may fear they will judge you or think negatively about you. Or worse yet — that they won’t care at all! So you stuff your emotions inside yourself and pretend everything is okay when it’s not. you avoid talking about your problems because we don’t want to burden others with your issues; you don’t want to look weak; you don’t want to appear vulnerable; and sometimes you just don’t know how to open up in the first place
Are you willing to peel away the mask you wear in the comfort and safety of your home? Are you willing to be open to that which you seek? Awareness is the first step in being able to truly communicate; it is a way of seeing what is happening within and around us. Awareness allows you to see when you are being unrealistic or creating illusions about yourself or others. When you can see what is true for us, then you will know when you are not being authentic. The second step in being able to express yourself authentically is honesty. Honesty means telling the truth even when doing so may be uncomfortable or embarrassing for you or others involved in the conversation. I
Are you willing to give of yourself, to release all that no longer serves your highest and best interests? Are you willing to take a leap of faith, to invest in the process of life itself? You may not be able to see it now, but if you take one step at a time, each step leading you closer to your goal, then everything will unfold as it should. Your path may be rocky now but with each passing day things will become clearer and clearer until finally you see what has been there all along: your unique brand of glory.
Are you willing to forsake all others, the truths of others, the desires others would have for you? You must be willing to give up everything you have known and loved to become who you are. If not, then you’re not going to be able to express who you truly are. Your dreams will remain hidden and untapped. Your life will be less vibrant and less fulfilling than it could be. Being yourself is not about being selfish or narcissistic. It’s about being real with yourself and with others. It’s about knowing who you are and being proud of that person.
You are a child of light, an expression of unconditional love, non-judgment, and a singer of songs. You are here to bring joy and laughter into the world. You are here to connect with others on their path while they assist you on yours. When you are in alignment with your truth, it is easier to live in love, joy, and peace. When you are aligned with your truth, it is easier for others to see who you are. It becomes impossible for anyone not to see you for who you are because your truth shines through everything that you do and say.
You are whole and complete now at this moment. You have everything you need to be successful, happy, and healthy. This is the moment you have been waiting for, the moment when you have faith in your own life. You have worked to be here, and now it is time to rest and enjoy the fruits of your labors. You are safe and secure now at this moment. No one else can provide for you what only you can provide for yourself. You have everything you need within you right now, and that’s why you are rich in love and light.
How shall you choose to express your truth this day? Truth is found when you are willing to embrace it, even if doing so means taking a risk and going against social norms or expectations. It means standing up for what you believe and living your life according to those principles, no matter what others say or think about you.
