Angel Message Of The Day: Oneness
Omniel
The concept of Oneness may at times feel elusive. At its core, Oneness is the recognition that we are all interconnected and part of a greater whole. It is the understanding that beneath the surface-level distinctions of race, gender, nationality, and beliefs, there is a fundamental unity that binds you all together. It is the realization that what affects one, affects all and that your actions and choices ripple out and impact the collective. The elusive nature of Oneness often stems from the limitations of your human perception and conditioning. Your minds are wired to categorize and separate, to focus on individuality rather than unity. Yet, when you open yourself to the possibility of Oneness, you begin to glimpse the interconnected threads that weave through all of existence.
If we, in physical form are always connected to the Divine Source, then why do we at times feel as though we are alone? While you are indeed always connected to the Divine Source, your human perception and conditioning can create a sense of separation and isolation. The physical realm is dense and often filled with distractions, challenges, and limitations that can cloud your awareness of the divine connection that is ever-present. In this physical realm, you have the gift of free will, which allows you to navigate your unique paths and make choices that shape your experiences. Sometimes, you may choose to temporarily disconnect from your divine connection, either consciously or unconsciously, as you explore the depths of your individuality and learn important lessons. These moments of perceived separation can serve as catalysts for growth, compassion, and empathy. They remind us of the importance of reaching out to others, offering support, and fostering connections that remind us of our shared humanity.
The ego voice fears non-existence. the truth is that beyond the ego’s fears and illusions, there is a deeper essence within us that is eternal and interconnected with all of existence. This essence, often referred to as our true self or higher consciousness, transcends the limitations of the ego and recognizes the inherent unity of all beings. When you become aware of the ego’s fears and illusions, you can begin to loosen its grip on your consciousness. You can cultivate a deeper understanding of your true nature and the interconnectedness of all life. This awareness allows you to shift from a state of fear and separation to one of love and unity. Practices such as meditation, self-inquiry, and mindfulness can help you observe the ego’s fears and attachments without judgment. By cultivating a witness consciousness, you can detach from the ego’s grip and connect with the deeper truth of our existence.
As you become more closely aligned with the Divine Source, the ego voice will attempt to distract you from your journey of peace, harmony, and joy. One of the ego’s primary strategies is to keep you trapped in the past or future, preventing you from fully experiencing the peace and joy available in the present moment. It may replay past traumas, regrets, or grievances, or project fearful scenarios about the future. By keeping your focus on the past or future, the ego keeps you disconnected from the divine presence that exists in the here and now. The ego also thrives on judgment and comparison. It may try to convince you that you are not worthy or capable of experiencing peace, harmony, and joy. It may create a sense of lack or inadequacy, leading you to constantly seek external validation or material possessions to fill the void. By perpetuating these feelings of unworthiness, the ego distracts you from recognizing your inherent divinity and the abundance of love and joy that is available to you in every moment.
The feeling of separation manifests in all manners or forms. At its core, the feeling of separation stems from the belief that you are separate individuals, distinct from one another and from the Divine Source that underlies all of existence. This illusion of separateness can manifest in different ways, affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and perception of reality. In our thoughts, the feeling of separation often manifests as a sense of isolation or individuality. You may perceive yourself as separate entities, disconnected from the interconnected web of life. This can lead to a sense of loneliness as if you are navigating the world on your own, separate from the support and guidance of others.
It is in the feeling or sensing lack, that the true essence of oneness eludes each one of us. In truth, there is only the perception of lack. When you shift your perspective from lack to abundance, from scarcity to sufficiency, you begin to recognize the inherent richness and fullness of your life. You realize that true fulfillment comes from within, from connecting with your inner essence and aligning with the flow of life. You understand that the external world is simply a reflection of our internal state and that by cultivating a sense of wholeness and gratitude, you can attract more abundance and joy into your life. Practices such as gratitude, mindfulness, and self-love can help you shift your perception from lack to abundance. By consciously focusing on the blessings and abundance that already exist in your life, you train your mind to see and appreciate the richness that surrounds you. You learn to let go of the constant striving and longing and instead embrace the present moment and the gifts it holds.
There is only the perception of separateness from the one Source of All There Is. At the deepest level of your being, you are all expressions of the same Divine Source. You are interconnected and inseparable from the vast tapestry of existence. However, the ego’s identification with the physical body and the external world creates the illusion of separation, leading us to believe that we are isolated individuals. This perception of separateness manifests in various ways in your life. It affects your relationships, your sense of self, and your connection to the world around you. You may feel disconnected from others as if we are separate entities with our own unique experiences and struggles. This can lead to feelings of loneliness, isolation, and a lack of belonging.
Acknowledge that which appears before you at this moment. It is about being fully present and engaged with whatever is happening, whether it is a thought, an emotion, a physical sensation, or an external event. By acknowledging the present moment, you become an active participant in your own life. You let go of dwelling in the past or projecting into the future, and instead, you anchor yourself in the here and now. This allows you to fully experience and appreciate the richness and beauty of each moment, no matter how ordinary or extraordinary it may seem. When you acknowledge what appears before you, you create space for acceptance and non-resistance. You let go of the tendency to label experiences as good or bad, right or wrong, and instead, you simply observe and accept them as they are. This opens the door to greater peace, contentment, and inner freedom.
There is nothing that cannot be healed with love and light. Love is a universal energy that transcends boundaries and connects you all. It is a force that brings compassion, understanding, and acceptance into your life. Love has the power to dissolve fear, resentment, and anger, replacing them with forgiveness, empathy, and harmony. When you approach yourself and others with love, you create a healing space where wounds can be acknowledged, embraced, and ultimately transformed. Light, on the other hand, represents the illumination of truth and awareness. It is the energy that dispels darkness and brings clarity and insight into your life. The light shines a spotlight on our deepest fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs, allowing us to confront and release them. It guides you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, leading to healing and growth. Healing with love and light involves directing these energies toward yourself, others, and the situations you encounter. By cultivating self-love and self-compassion, you create a foundation for healing within yourself. You learn to embrace your vulnerabilities, wounds, and imperfections with love and acceptance, allowing for deep healing and growth.
Seek that which feeds your very heart and soul. To seek that which feeds your heart and soul is to prioritize your well-being and happiness. It means making choices that align with your authentic self, rather than conforming to societal expectations or external pressures. It is about listening to the whispers of your inner voice and following the path that brings you the greatest sense of fulfillment and purpose. When you engage in activities or pursue interests that truly resonate with you, you experience a profound sense of joy, enthusiasm, and aliveness. It is as if your heart and soul are being nourished and replenished, filling you with a deep sense of contentment and vitality. This nourishment allows you to show up fully in your life, radiating your unique gifts and passions to the world.
Focus on that which brings you joy. Focus your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions to that which you desire most. Focusing on that which brings you joy begins with a conscious awareness of what truly lights you up and makes your heart sing. It involves taking the time to reflect on your passions, interests, and values, and identifying the activities, experiences, and relationships that bring you the greatest sense of joy and fulfillment. Once you have identified what brings you joy, it is important to actively focus your thoughts on these positive aspects of your life. This means consciously choosing to shift your attention away from negative or limiting thoughts and redirecting it towards thoughts that align with your desires and aspirations. By consistently focusing on the positive, you create a mindset that is attuned to joy and abundance.
Re-focus whenever a thought or feeling attempts to distract you from where you choose to be. Once you are aware of the distraction, it is important to consciously choose to re-focus. This involves actively shifting your attention back to where you choose to be. It may require redirecting your thoughts, consciously choosing positive and empowering beliefs, and letting go of any negative or limiting patterns that arise. By intentionally re-focusing, you regain control over your thoughts and emotions, aligning them with your desired destination. Re-focusing also involves acknowledging and releasing any attachments or resistance that may be associated with distracting thoughts or feelings. Sometimes, distractions arise because of underlying fears, doubts, or insecurities. By bringing awareness to these underlying emotions and consciously choosing to release them, you create space for new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.
Reach out to another, and release all that is not of your choosing. In reaching out to another, it is important to choose someone supportive, trustworthy, and non-judgmental. This person could be a close friend, family member, mentor, therapist, or any individual who creates a safe space for you to express yourself authentically. By selecting the right person to reach out to, you can feel confident that your thoughts and feelings will be held with care and understanding. Releasing all that is not of your choosing involves letting go of negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and any attachments that hold you back. Through open and honest communication, you can gain clarity, perspective, and a renewed sense of empowerment. The act of sharing and releasing allows you to free yourself from the weight of what no longer serves you, creating space for new possibilities and positive experiences.
There is nothing too great or too small for the Divine Source. Sit in silence, and remember who you are. Sitting in silence allows you to align your thoughts, emotions, and intentions with the divine flow of energy. It is a practice of surrendering your egoic desires and trusting in the wisdom and timing of the universe. In this state of surrender, you open yourself to receive guidance, inspiration, and the necessary resources to manifest your desires. When you remember who you are and sit in silence, you tap into the power of faith and trust. You let go of the need to control every aspect of your life and instead surrender to the divine plan. You trust that the Divine Source knows what is best for you and will guide you towards your highest good.
