There is much which surrounds you that is not of love and light. In all things heal your Inner-Self from all that is now behind you. Our past can shape our present and influence our perception of ourselves and the world. Acknowledge and address the wounds and emotional baggage from the past, we can embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. This healing process allows us to release negative patterns, beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve us, and create space for personal growth and transformation. Healing our inner selves involves cultivating a positive and loving mindset. It encourages us to focus on the present moment and shift our perspective towards gratitude, forgiveness, and self-love. By consciously choosing to see the beauty and goodness in ourselves and the world, we can create a more loving and light-filled reality

 

That which is behind you, has brought you to where you are at this moment. Let go of any lingering regrets or negative emotions associated with our past. Accept that our past has brought us to where we are now, we can release any self-blame or judgment and focus on moving forward with a sense of self-compassion and forgiveness. We have made and the lessons we have learned, we can harness the energy and determination to pursue our goals and aspirations. Our past experiences can provide us with a strong foundation and inspire us to strive for personal and professional fulfillment. 



Celebrate; give thanks where you are for it shall be your stepping stone to all that is before you. We are in the present moment, where it involves finding joy and happiness in our current situation. Practice mindfulness, we can cultivate a deeper appreciation for the present moment, allowing joy to naturally arise. Embrace joy, align with our true selves, and recognize the unity between our spiritual essence and physical existence. By embracing joy, aligning with the light, and nurturing self-love, we can live in alignment with our true nature, radiate love and joy, and experience a greater sense of fulfillment and connection with the world around us.
