Angel Message Of The Day : Essence of Serenity
The essence of serenity is the space between breaths. When you become aware of this space, you can begin to quiet your mind and relax in the present moment. The essence of serenity is not found in a particular place or time. It isn’t something we can grasp or hold on to; rather, it is something that comes from within us and often arises unexpectedly. Serenity is not a place in your life that you arrive at, it is a feeling that you experience moment by moment. The more often you practice being consciously aware of your breath, the more peaceful and relaxed you will feel.
The essence of serenity is the shudder of releasing all that attempts to hold you from your good. When you are in a state of serene acceptance, what you accept is what is. You don’t need to change it, fix it, or make it different than it is. You accept what is and let it be. It’s the moment when you realize that you don’t need anything, or anyone, to be happy, and you can choose to be in a state of gratitude for what is. You see that there is nothing wrong with any moment or situation in your life because each moment contains the seed for all possibilities and potentials for your highest good.
The essence of serenity is a smile that is a gift to another. The essence of success is a smile you gift yourself when you achieve something great. It’s feeling at peace with yourself, knowing you are doing your best and living life to its fullest. Serenity is accepting change without fear or reservation. Serenity isn’t about being passive or apathetic; it’s about being peaceful and calm in any situation. Serenity doesn’t mean giving up, it means letting go so that you can move forward with confidence into the future while keeping your past experiences as lessons learned rather than regrets held onto unnecessarily.
The essence of serenity is forgiving yourself for accepting even for a moment, the perception of having failed. Forgiveness allows us to be kinder to ourselves and more compassionate towards others who might have been affected by our actions. It also allows us to let go of anger and resentment towards others who may have contributed or contributed significantly towards causing us pain. The process of forgiving yourself begins with acknowledging your feelings about the situation and accepting that no one can control another person’s behavior or reactions unless they’re controlling them through force or coercion. You don’t have control over other people’s behaviors but you do have control over your reactions.
The essence of serenity is seeing a rainbow grace the sky, or a full moon casting its brilliant light upon the ground. You can find serenity anywhere. It’s a state of mind that comes from within one that can only be achieved by taking time out for yourself to do something you enjoy. It is not something you can always control. It comes and goes like waves on the ocean shoreline. But when it comes, it brings with it feelings of joy and happiness beyond measure. This is an important lesson to learn because it gives you hope for your own life. When you are at peace with yourself, then you can be at peace with others around you.
The essence of serenity is sharing the silence with kindred spirits, those of like mind. The essence of serenity is focusing on the flame of the candle, letting all else fall from you. It’s about letting things be as they are and being grateful for what you have. Serenity is about living in the present moment and not worrying too much about the future or dwelling on the past. It’s allowing yourself to be happy with whatever it is that comes your way without stress or worry over whether or not it’s exactly what you would have chosen for yourself if given a choice.
The essence of serenity is simply being in a state of grace knowing all is in Divine Order occurring in Divine Time. It is a tranquil state of mind that allows you to be at peace in the present moment. It is not a feeling of complacency or passivity but rather a state of being in which you are alert and awake yet not reactive or anxious. By bringing your attention to the present moment, practicing mindfulness helps create space between stimulus and reaction so that you can respond calmly rather than react automatically. The truth is, if you can truly feel this way, you will never have to worry about anything in your life ever again. You can be at peace with yourself, at peace with others, and at peace with the world.
The essence of serenity is knowing all is well with you at this moment and all the moments before you. If you are honest, you will admit that there are times when you feel less than serene. You may feel anxious, worried, or stressed. You may feel impatient and irritable. Or you may feel sad and depressed, even though you know that these feelings do not reflect what is true about you.
Open yourself to all that is before you; allow grace and harmony to give you the essence of serenity on this day. Let go of what no longer serves your highest good. Surrender your desires to the universe and know that the universe will provide for your needs. Be grateful for what you have and know that all is possible, now. Be still and listen for guidance from within. Allow yourself to feel at peace, knowing that all is well within your life. Focus on gratitude and appreciate all that you have been given.
All is well, beloved one, for you are loved beyond your knowing. You are not alone in this world. You are never alone in this world. There is no such thing as being alone. As long as you have breath in your body there is someone who loves you and wants nothing but the best for you. Let yourself be loved and know that you are worthy of love. And no matter what others may say or do, remember that they have their own journey to walk and cannot possibly know the truth of your heart.
