Harmony is a state of being; being in balance, being joyful. Cultivate a state of being that is characterized by balance, inner peace, and joy. Harmony is not just an external state to be achieved, but a way of being that emanates from within. It is not merely an external condition or circumstance, but a reflection of your inner state. True harmony starts from within yourself, from finding and maintaining a sense of balance and alignment in all aspects of your being – mind, body, and spirit.
