You must remember that there is beauty in everything, may it be the beauty of your surroundings, the people around you, and every creature to exist. You must appreciate everything around you. When you show gratitude and appreciation, you will be more blessed for days to come. At the same time, you will grow to show compassion and kindness better. In addition, it is important that you show gratitude for all the blessings that have been given to you.
Light a candle, breathe deeply and focus your mind as you inhale. Pause for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe deeply, feel or sense that place within you where you experience joy, harmony, and peace.
