Angel Message Of The Day : Inner Peace, Inner Harmony

All is given for nothing is ever kept from you. You need to let go of the past. It is over, and you cannot change it. You can learn from it, but you cannot change it. The past is over, it’s done with, it’s finished. It has no power over you anymore, so why not just let it go? Why not just relax and enjoy life as it unfolds before you? What’s stopping you from doing that? You need to stop focusing on what other people think of you. They are not thinking about you at all! They have their problems to worry about and they do not care one bit about yours.
What do you seek? Who do you seek? Seek to live in the present moment and enjoy it to the fullest. You must be active in living in the moment. The only way to live in the present moment is through mindfulness and meditation. The pursuit of inner peace and inner harmony begins with self-awareness, knowing what you want, what makes you happy, and what your needs are. Inner peace does not come from outer circumstances but from within yourself. It comes from within when you are at peace with yourself and your surrounding environment. Achieving true inner peace requires that you learn how to let go of your desires and attachments and live life fully without any reservations or regrets.
Do you seek to know your Inner-Spirit? Do you seek inner peace, health, prosperity, harmony, and love? This is the time for you to know your Inner-Spirit. This is the time for you to know that all the answers are within you. This is the time for you to know that all the peace, harmony, love, and prosperity are already within you. You are living in an age where everything seems upside down or backward, where many people feel lost or confused about their purpose in life. This is because you are experiencing a transition period between different paradigms of consciousness. The old ways no longer serve you so it is time for you to create new ones that resonate more with your true essence as spiritual beings having human experiences on planet earth.
How shall you know these things and more if first, you do not seek all within you? You will find there a deeper knowledge of yourself, a greater understanding of the world around you, and an increased ability to deal with life in general. If your mind is filled with the thoughts of others, then there is no room for your own. You have to be a seeker of truth. If you seek, you shall find and if you knock, it will be opened to you. Some things are important in life and some things are not. Only when you have found peace within yourself can you truly help others find it also?
Do not look to others to provide that which you seek. Do not look for approval from others. If you do, then you will be disappointed every time that they don’t approve of something that you do or say. You should not expect approval from everyone, because not everyone is going to agree with everything that you might say or do. Some people are just too narrow-minded for their good and may not even realize what they are doing when they make negative comments about something that has nothing whatsoever to do with them. You were not designed to be like anyone else, nor were you created to do what someone else does. You are here for a specific purpose, to accomplish specific goals, and to live a life that is uniquely your own.
Do seek others who are like-minded to guide and assist you along the path before you. Do reach out with loving-kindness to all who seek the light and love of the Divine Source. Take care lest you cast upon others your inner fears of lack. It is a great gift of the Divine Source to be here in this physical body, on this planet at this time. It is a great opportunity to awaken to the Truth of our Oneness with all Life. Seek not to judge or condemn others who are still lost in their illusion of separation.
Nurture Divine Light within you with love, compassion, joy, and peacefulness. Inner Peace is a state of mind that helps you to deal with stress from daily life more easily. There are many ways and each individual will find something that works for them. However, if you are looking for something more permanent than just a temporary feeling of calmness or happiness then I highly recommend meditation. It helps to maintain your well-being, health, happiness, relationships, and overall satisfaction with life. It also helps you feel less bothered by minor issues or problems in life. You have a better understanding of yourself, others, and life in general.
Take care, beloved child, and accept that which is, keeping your eyes open to all that is yet to be. Be still within yourself and listen to the voice of your spirit guide. Know that you are truly blessed by life and all that it offers you. Know that you are loved beyond words by many. The world around you is shifting both in terms of what you can see and what you cannot see. Be open to this shift and be willing to let go of that which no longer serves you. Each time you feel alone remember there is an entire universe of angels surrounding you always.
All shall be revealed in the light, in reality, there is no darkness. When you look at your life and see what you want to change, know that it is only a matter of perspective. You can begin to see things differently, which will lead you down the path of inner peace. When you accept a situation as it is without resistance, then you find an inner peace that cannot be disturbed by anything outside yourself. This is true freedom from all fear, worry, stress, and anxiety because there is no longer any resistance to the way things are.
Release you and others from all that has come before this moment. When you learn how to let go of the past and stop judging yourself, then you will be able to find inner peace. When you can do this, then you will no longer worry about what other people think of you or what has happened in the past. The past is the root of all suffering and it is impossible to be at peace with yourself if you are constantly reliving the past through your mind. The purpose of meditation is not to try and control your thoughts, but rather to observe them without judgment and let them go when they arise in your mind. You will be able to live in the present moment without regrets or worries about the future.
This moment is all there is. Go in peace this day; peace shall accompany you all your days. Be grateful for what you have as you will feel fulfilled and content. You no longer need anything more because you already have everything you could ever want or need. The more grateful you are for what you have, the less likely you are to want something else. Being at peace with yourself and the world around you means that you are calm and content with who you are as a person, as well as being at ease with what life has brought your way.
