Angel Message Of The Day : Sea of Tranquility
Angel of Tranquility
This moment is all there is. Don’t let this opportunity waste. As this will be your faith that you have encountered. Grasps it tightly and this will give you tranquility. You are looking for happiness in your life, but you are so busy that you can’t find the time to enjoy it or even see it. You are always rushing to another appointment or event, and then when you finally get there, you only want to get out as quickly as possible so you can rush off to the next thing on your list. You are not alone in this world but have to stand alone to conquer the world around you peacefully, even if it means just conquering one thing at a time.
All that has come before has brought you to where you are. Learning to be patient and calm with what may come to you is a blessing. When you’re in a difficult situation, it’s easy to feel like there’s no way out. Every problem has a solution, and every obstacle can be overcome. You have to be willing to work through it by taking one step at a time. When you’re impatient, you tend to miss out on the joys of life because you’re so focused on what might happen next. You lose sight of what’s happening here and now because something is waiting for you down the road that makes everything else seem insignificant by comparison. The most important thing is to keep going because that is what life requires of you. We may not know where we are going or why we are here, but we do know that we must move forward.
Where do you wish to be in moments yet to come? Find your safe haven for your soul and mind. A place where you can relax, unwind, and rejuvenate yourself. This safe haven may be a room in your home or office, a beach or mountain retreat, a yoga studio, or the comfort of your couch. It could also be a spiritual place such as a church, temple, or mosque. Take some deep breaths as if you were breathing into that space within yourself that is experiencing pain or suffering right now. The answers lie within your own heart and mind. You must answer the question before you can find the path that leads to your haven. It’s time to stop looking for answers outside yourself. Look within yourself instead.
Close your eyes, beloved child, and float in total surrender. Listen to your favorite sounds like the waves crashing from the beach, birds chirping during your rest from the tall grass in the windy afternoon under the tree, or your favorite tune during your long drive on Sunday. Relax your body and mind, and surrender your soul in the exchange for peace. Arms outstretched, surrender all that does not please you. It reduces stress and anxiety, helps you become more mindful, increases creativity and intuition, and improves your sleep quality. Surrendering allows you to release your expectations, judgments, and desires so that you can be present in the moment. It helps you connect with yourself, others, and nature more deeply. Surrendering allows you to move on from painful past experiences so that you can live more fully and peacefully in the present moment.
Surrender all that causes fear and doubt. As the chains from your hesitation to grasp the opportunity will loosen if you surrender. You will glide smoothly towards the guided path of your fate. You no longer want to live in fear and doubt, but in faith and trust that every step taken is leading you closer to your destiny. The path may not be easy or clear, but it is always heading towards greater heights where you can let go of all worries, fears, and doubts. You have been preparing for this moment for a long time now, so do not be afraid of taking a leap into the unknown or uncertain future ahead of you.
Surrender all that has come before. As the past is your best teacher to relearn what you may apply in the present time. There are many reasons you may resist letting go of the past. You may be afraid of what will happen if you do, or you may be attached to the person or situation who hurt you. You may be holding on to anger and resentment because it feels safer than being vulnerable. However, Let go of blame and shame. These only serve as a barrier to forgiveness and healing; they hold us back from finding peace within ourselves as well as others around us.
Surrender the need to control that which is outside of you.
You cannot control what other people do or say even to your environment. You can only control yourself. If someone says something offensive to you, ask yourself if it’s really worth getting upset over or if it’s just words and they don’t mean anything. If the person says something that really bothers you, tell them how it makes you feel. You don’t have to be rude or mean-spirited about sharing your feelings. This will result in conflict if you let your negative emotion get into your mind. Control is about trying to control everything so nothing can hurt you; surrender is about allowing every experience to affect you as deeply as possible so it can teach you what you need to learn from it. Create peace with others and the environment for your tranquility.
Surrender the need to control the path before you. It’s hard not to have regrets. You have them, and the older you get, the more you have. The only way you can avoid regrets is by giving up your attachment to outcomes and results. If you’re not attached, then there are no disappointments, no failures, and no missed opportunities. Make peace with your failures as you are still human molding your life.
Surrender is sweet bliss for in surrendering all that is not of love, that which is love surrounds thee in a sea of tranquility. When you surrender, you let go of the illusion that you are separate from the universe. When you let go of separation, you open yourself to feeling the presence of the Divine One within and around you. When you open yourself to the divine presence within and around you, your life feels blessed. You feel blessed because it feels good to be in the presence of love, and when we feel good we act good. So by the start of the day and end of the day, always have a question to guide your path which is “How shall you choose to surrender this day?”
