In all things be true to you. It’s a journey that takes you deep into yourself. It’s a commitment to look beyond your comfort zone and face what is uncomfortable. It’s a commitment and investment to learn and grow, even if that means you have to change who you are. This is not an easy task but it is worth it. No one can define you but yourself, so be the best version of yourself possible. This doesn’t mean ignoring others or not listening when they offer advice but only that you need to be true to yourself in all that you do.
In all things speak with integrity. Integrity means that you do what needs to be done, regardless of whether anyone is watching or whether there is any benefit to yourself. It’s doing the right thing even when no one else cares about it or when it’s not good for you. Speak the truth in love and compassion. Speak with honor toward others, not dishonor such as gossiping about them behind their backs or using words that are vulgar crude, or hurtful to others.
In all things judge not lest you be judged. For with the judgment you pronounce, you will be judged and the measure that you give will be the measure that you get. Do not judge others, and you will not be judged; for whatever judgment you give, is given to yourself. Be careful of your thoughts, they become words; Be careful of your words, they become actions; Be careful of your actions, they become habits; Be careful of your habits, they become character; Be careful of your character because it becomes your destiny.
In all things be kind to yourself and all around you. Be compassionate with others, but most of all, be compassionate with yourself. There is no need to judge yourself harshly. You have the power to change your thoughts and feelings at any time. You are perfect in your imperfection; there is no such thing as a mistake or a failure, only lessons learned along the way. Be kind to yourself. When you are in pain or suffering, you may tend to be harder on yourself than anyone else could ever be. You can’t stop thinking about what you did wrong, what you could have done differently, and how much better off you would be if only. You become consumed by these thoughts which only serve to make you feel worse about yourself and your situation.
Place your physical and energy bodies into the Light. Visualize yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light. Feel it radiating from within you, filling every cell of your body with loving energy. You are shining with love and compassion for yourself and all beings. Allow yourself to be bathed in this light, bathing your whole body and then your energy body. The light is healing, empowering, and transforming you into your highest self. Notice that as you allow yourself to be bathed in this light, it is also healing your body. Notice how good it feels as your body relaxes and heals from within.
Place all who seek to do you harm in the Light. You are not alone. You are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, and your salvation is assured. The universe is near, and it will save you from all your troubles. Do not be afraid of those who want to harm you; they cannot do anything more than what they have planned already. Do not be afraid of those who attack you or plot against you like stealing your fortune, material things, money, etc. Their plans will only succeed if you let them frighten you into making bad decisions. If you resist their attacks, they cannot hurt you or change anything about your life for the worse, because the Universe has already promised that it will never let any of its promises be broken.
Acknowledge that which is before you step aside from all that is not of Love and Light, allowing all to flow past you. You are an energy being, a powerful creator and co-creator of your life. You can create what you want in your life. As you move through this world, you will see many things that do not resonate with you. You may see people or situations that anger or sadden you. The key is to acknowledge them, feel your feelings, and then step aside from these things so they cannot affect your energy.
The way of Divine Source shall prevail in all things, in all ways. The divine Source is the energy of creation. It is the energy that flows through you and me, that flows through all things. Divine Source is the life force of the universe and it is available to you at all times. This has no limitations, it has no boundaries, it has no restrictions. It is not something you can possess or become a part of – because when you do, then it’s not a divine source anymore; it’s just another thing.
The Light shall rise illuminating the path before you this day and all the days before you. The universe is a vast place, filled with many wonders and mysteries. You must explore the stars and uncover the secrets of this universe. That which you seek shall be found. The Light shall shine within and without, and your life will be illuminated with the Light that shines from within you.
That which is before you shall melt from you in the light of the dawn. You are aware of all of these things. You are the witness of them all. You are the thing that is aware of these other things within and without yourself. And this is what makes you who you are: your consciousness, the ability to be aware of what is happening in the world around you as well as within yourself. The storm shall pass, but it will leave its mark upon you. The sun will rise again and dry all tears from your eyes. Forget not that life is a journey and not a destination; it is a quest in life, not a reward money.
Seek that which is of love. Seek that which is unconditional for all shall be revealed to you with an open heart, an open mind, and a forgiving Spirit. Forgiveness is the key to unlocking all that was once locked away within your heart and soul. Seek rather to see the truth in others for within each person there lies the greatest potential for light and love. See only the good in others, speak only words of kindness, and give only gifts of gratitude and forgiveness towards all that you encounter on your path through life. This is the only way to live in peace with yourself and others, this is the only way to bring forth peace in your world.
Light a candle of white, light a candle of gold, light a candle of blue. Light a candle for your home and for the ones that love you most. Light one for all your hopes and dreams like getting a bachelor’s degree and the things that you would like to see in your future. Light one for each person who cares about you and loves you just as much as they can. Light one for yourself so that you may know that there is always someone there to listen when you need them most.
All is made whole in the light. You have to see the whole thing to know what you’re doing. You have to see the whole thing to know what you’re not doing. You have to see everything at once to know anything at all. The world is a mess, and it will be a long time before you can see clearly again. However, in the meantime, there is a rising sense of hope among many people that you can make things better.
Step into the Light forsaking all that is behind you. Walk away from the darkness, and never look back. Forget about your past, leave it behind you in the shadows of your mind. Let it go and allow yourself to move forward into the light, where there is nothing but love, joy, and peace. The first step to success is believing that you can change your life for the better. Take a step out of your comfort zone and into the unknown world of possibilities.
Step into the Light this day and all the days before you. You have been running from your true nature, afraid to step into your own greatness. You are afraid that if you do, you will be rejected or ridiculed by others. However, it’s time to stop imagining what others might say or do and instead focus on how good it feels just to be alive. You are safe here in this place where everything is possible at any time because all is one in this moment that never ends as it begins again with each breath you take as you walk this path called life together; hand in hand as you travel through time towards eternity.
