Check in with your loved ones to avoid a looming conflict. An over indulgence in your own emotions has allowed you to become closed off to those of others, and they are beginning to notice. While it’s important to understand our own emotions, we must only observe their effects on us, and allow them to wash over us so we can move on, rather than spinning them into something more. We can learn a lot about ourselves from how we care for others, and find peace from helping loved ones. Show gratitude to those in your life, and you will find peace with your own emotions too.
