Remember not to hold grudges, and to allow your memories and past experiences to flow over you. They are impossible to change, but they have taught you many important things. Trust your instincts, and your wisdom, to get you through tough or unexpected situations, but do not block the emotions of other people because you are afraid of what it may lead to. Allow the thoughts and feelings of loved ones their rightful space to flourish, and know that those with bad intentions against you will be found out.
