Affirmation - “I cannot change the past.”
Your past traumas may feel as if they are going to swallow you up, since you cannot stop your thoughts from reeling. Perhaps you even feel sluggish, and unproductive as these negative experiences take over you. Working through these memories will allow you to forget any fear you might have about the world around you, and the people who you cross paths with. Everyone has something to offer to you, even if it may be negative at first glance. Forgive your spirit for bringing you these memories, and forgive the memories themselves. Recognise that they are a part of you, and cannot be changed no matter how much you think about them.
