During the phase of the new moon, it is a good time for introspection and exploring the unknown. It is during this time that we require calm and stillness the most, but that does not imply that we are useless or unable to engage in any activities.
It’s also a great time to focus on your health, both physically and emotionally, and work on improving the connections between your body and mind by increasing the amount of time you spend outside, consuming more vegetables you eat, practicing yoga or meditation, participating in sports or any other physically active activities that you enjoy, etc.
